Willabong Surf Classic
Willabong is a private surf event held by Active every summer, the art for this flyer was inspired by the woodblock print "Great Wave off of Kanagawa" by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai of which I am a fan.

This flier was made to promote a fund raiser for Mike Franklin who had an accident and needs help covering medical costs. The idea behind this flier was comic book with a 40s flair.
With this flier I was going for retro wrestling poster to coincide with the title of the event.
I felt like experimenting a little with darker colors and an Avenged Sevenfold style. I'm feeling it.
Another flier for Active, this time for an industry skate night, I was looking at ISO 50 for inspiration on this one. Trying to get kind of a retro vibe.
Just some quick fun with textures for an Active skate tour
I've been working with Traveler Guitar for a while on their old site and suggested they try using a CMS such as wordpress so they could easily edit and add content on their own, this is the outcome of that suggestion. I designed the new site and built the theme using the Theme Hybrid Framework as a starting point. The product tabs are built with jQuery UI, but what I am probably most proud of are the form layouts. For some reason forms have really interested me lately.
You can scan through a couple of pages by clicking the image to the right, but you should probably view the full site at travelerguitar.com.
Finished this site up over the weekend and got it published today. Made for my good friend Paul to promote his new venture. Check out transitionalsolutions.info, especially if your in the market to convert your home into a treatment facility.

Theotis Beasley team page on activerideshop.com
I was given the task of redesigning the team pages on activerideshop.com It is still a work in progress, but they are coming around. I like the larger portraits, videos and photo galleries. I used jQuery UI for the tabs, Embedr for the videos, Flickr for the photos, and my own handy html/css for everything else.

Vintage Offer
I wanted to do something a little lighter with less contrast, but still grab your attention. I am happy with this.
