Willabong is a private surf event held by Active every summer, the art for this flyer was inspired by the woodblock print "Great Wave off of Kanagawa" by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai of which I am a fan.

This is a mailer I did for Active, I was going for an "exclusive" feel by stylizing the type with a shiny, chrome, metallic look and putting it over the wood grain background.

Meese Flyer

This is a flyer for an in-store performance by the band Messe at one of the Active Ride Shop locations. I tried to lay this one out a little different than the other flyers I do for Active. I'm happy with the outcome.

Park Shark

This is a poster/flyer I made for Active. The Instructions were, "Make something that looks like a Sailor Jerry tattoo" and I was given a sketch of a shark to work in. A fun project, and I always enjoy working with Corey, he holds nothing back.
