Willabong Surf Classic
Willabong is a private surf event held by Active every summer, the art for this flyer was inspired by the woodblock print "Great Wave off of Kanagawa" by Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai of which I am a fan.

This flier was made to promote a fund raiser for Mike Franklin who had an accident and needs help covering medical costs. The idea behind this flier was comic book with a 40s flair.

Just some quick fun with textures for an Active skate tour
This is a flyer for an in-store performance by the band Messe at one of the Active Ride Shop locations. I tried to lay this one out a little different than the other flyers I do for Active. I'm happy with the outcome.
This is a flyer I made at Active for an event they are doing with the band Revolution Mother. I tried to make it look consistent with their album artwork, reminiscent of the good old punk rock style.
Not sure if this sale is happening or not yet, but here is the flier I made for it.
